1. Rain storms and melting snow in Alberta can quickly lead to local flooding issues.
2. When flooding hits your area, your basement is most likely to be the prime target for water damage.
3. If you allow it to be wet, moldy, humid, smelly, and unhealthy, you're abandoning an entire floor of space in your home. Additionally, the basement air - filled with odors, dust mite feces, humidity, and mold spores - will rise into the rest of the house, ruining the healthy environment of the home.
Our contractors have been working in basements and crawl spaces for years, and they've seen it all! Whether your leaks are coming from the wall-floor joint, through the windows, from around a pipe, through your hatchway door, or from cracks in your walls or floors, we have the right solution for you!
Wet basements in Alberta typically get our patented WaterGuard Basement waterproofing system. We also have a number of other basement waterproofing products such as our SunHouse window well (seen on HGTV's "I Want That"), an energy-efficient and powerful basement dehumidifier(The SaniDry Basement Air System), basement wall and floor treatments, and more.

Comment: One of my rooms in the basement has water damage. There was a leak in one of the pipes, which is now fixed. The room is dry but the carpet and underlay have to be replaced. Also, I'm not sure if there was a mold problem. Is this something you could help with? Email is the best way to contact me. Thanks, Helmut

Comment: We have vertical cracks on the inside of one of our basement walls that have been seeping water. I have the flooring ripped out and one of the cracks exposed. The exposed crack looks like it has been attempted to be repaired at one time and it looks to be from the window down. The other leak is not exposed at the moment. We do have a sump pump right near the exposed crack and it run year round. We have been in this house for 6 years. We are looking at all avenues to repair this issue. Regards, Curtis.

Comment: Hi there! We have an older house 1942. The basement is leaky. I'm curious about solutions to this. I installed one sump pump a couple years ago. It helped in one area of the basement. But I'd like to look at a solution that's more comprehensive. At least I'd like to look into so I know what options we have. Thanks so much!!

Comment: Hi. My sump is working well, except when power goes out. I have no backup. It does need some maintaining though. After I emptied the sump it filled with just a trickle. It had rained all day and I thought it should fill faster with the amount of water around the house. Also, the pipes will need some work as the seams spray everywhere when pumping. Thanks for your time. Cory Bogath

Comment: We are looking to purchase a home and noticed that the basement (the house was built in the 50's) always has water in it. There is a sump pump and the owner said this is a continuous problem. Can you help me with someone that could advise us on this problem. Is it foundation? Can this be fixed? and approximately what would this cost

Comment: We have a sump pump in our basement that runs often. We believe there could be an underground spring under our home. Can that water be redirected to the ditch and away from our home and is this type of work something you do?
