Nova Basement Systems

I would like to take the opportunity to tell of my great experience with your company.

It really started off on a good foot with my very first contact with your company, Terresa. Before I retired, I answered the phone for as many as eleven officers of my company in Chicago. I soon realized how important that person is for a company. Since they are the first employee a client talks to, they can either make a good impression or a bad impression on the client. Sometimes that means the difference in getting a new account or not getting it. She really impressed me. She was so kind and helpful that I knew I had made the right decision in calling Nova. That fact never changed. Even after the work was finished, she was still very helpful in answering my questions. 

Next, Phil came over to give me an estimate. He couldn't have been nicer. He explained the process to me, gave me suggestions on what I needed and answered all my questions, which were many. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable that he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. he didn't rush me and had a lot of patience with me and my questions. You should be very proud to have him represent the first face of your company.

Then, the four men came out to install the waterproofing system. They are the nicest workers I have ever met. They did their job quietly and with utmost professionalism. They were very respectful and polite. They all did their jobs very well. Andy and Josh explained to me everything they were going to do so I could understand what would be happening to my basement. All four men know their jobs so wee and they went about doing it in a very systematic way. Josh was here both days and I really enjoyed meeting him. The last day he was here, he took me to the basement and showed me their work. He explained everything they did and told me how the new sump pump works and about the preventive care I should take with it. We went outside and he showed me how to clean the new drainage system they installed and how it works. He answered all my questions with alot of knowledge and patience. 

Jim, I wanted to tell you how highly I think of your employees and, because of all of them, I will definitely recommend your company to all of my friends and neighbors. I know your probably already know this but your employees are really great people. In this day and age, that is really unique. You should be very proud to have such people working for you.
