Work Experience-
Damon started with Swat Pest Management in January 2006, as a pest control technician. Since then Damon has advanced to an inspector and a system design specialist with Healthy Spaces
Damon has extensive understanding of the Basement waterproofing and Crawlspace repair industry having 15 years welding experience, a few years of basic contracting skills, an extensive knowledge of building construction and over 10 years in the pest control industry.
Healthy Spaces quickly saw what an important asset Damon would be in the Healthy Spaces division. His knowledge, background and proven performance in customer service has proven to be a valuable addition.
Damon`s previous experience in construction and welding has taught him excellent troubleshooting skills which have benefited his many customers. His high standards of ethics and business practices engender trust in him, his work and his recommendations. Damon is confident that any of his customers would recommend him and his work without hesitation. Damon loves meeting with homeowners and helping them solve their basement and crawlspace problems, enabling them to get more out of there homes.
