“This is an exercise in marketing,” Karreman said. “This is about getting your name out there.”

The house has been on the market since November 12. It’s located on a half-acre of property and features a pool, hot tub, theatre room and panoramic views. It’s on the market for $419,900 and the buyer will have a choice between the free beer or $1,000 worth of free wine.
