After viewing the project and understanding the waterproofing repairs, the installation team and the homeowner, Amy S, decided the basement needed some finishing. For the first time, the team used floor and ceiling products from Total Basement Finishing. They used MillCreek waterproof flooring, and suspended ceiling tiles that resist water and have a 30-year warranty against mold and mildew damage.

The Dalworth installation crew waterproofed the basement using the Basement System’s Water Guard® Drainage System and SuperSump® Premier Sump System. The team also noticed a musty smell coming from the crawl space, entering the basement from a small opening. They then encapsulated the crawl space to prevent further water damage and mold growth.
