1. The years 2005 through 2009 have been some of the wettest on record for the state of New Hampshire and many residents are concerned that this trend will continue indefinitely.
2. When storms & flooding hit your area, your basement is most likely to be the prime target for water damage.
3. Your basement is likely the largest single space in your home. If you allow it to be wet, moldy, humid, smelly, and unhealthy, you're abandoning an entire floor of space in your home. Additionally, a home with water in basement is nearly impossible to sell, and the basement air - filled with odors, dust mite feces, humidity, and mold spores - will rise into the rest of the house, ruining the healthy environment of the home.
Waterproofing your basement, however, can be a very extensive job and finding a responsible and trustworthy contractor is even more challenging, but that's something Basement Systems wants to change. What's important to you becomes a priority to us.
Our New Hampshire contractors have seen every kind of wet basement and crawl space throughout your region, and with Basement Systems patented products, there is a solution to every problem! Our WaterGuard waterproofing system and unique sump pump systems are among the many products that we install every day.
Additional waterproofing products include basement window treatments, the SunHouse Window Well , the absolute best basement dehumidifier (SaniDry Basement Air System), basement wall and floor treatments, and much more!

Comment: Have a house on a lake near Rumney NH with a basement that has residual mold and damp basement. Basement is about 900 sq ft. Am in process of drylocking the basement walls, adding foam panels, and have heard that your product might perform better than dehumidifier. In the spring, water levels are near the basement floor, looking at installing sump pump.

Comment: We have a sump pump system that works well. The outlet from the house is 1-1/2" PVC. From there it goes into the ground and into a smaller diameter flex hose. This is prone to freezing. We would like a Freeze Guard installed on the outlet and a LawnScape discharge at the other end. The underground pipe inbetween can be sized as you deem appropriate. The run underground is about 18'.

Comment: We need a new sump pump hole. We have water issues in the basement. The current sump hole is not adequate and I think it is in the wrong place. I know part of our problem is the water coming up from under when the water table is high (like right now) but parts of the base get very wet but near the sump hole it is still dry. Right now though it is really all wet.

Comment: We have just added an addition onto our home (sep-dec) and are having active leaking through the floor and wall seams of the new full basement. It started the week of Christmas and has been going on ever since. Just this week we finally had the entire exterior drain dug up and done again however we are still having issues, needing to vacuum water out every couple days . Or contractor now thinks there must be a spring we didn't know about because of the unusually dry summer we had when we dug the hole. We have been going back and forth with him and were hoping to have you guys come up for an estimate and second opinion.
