Mike Pruitt and his co-Forman Cody Bradley and his team did a wonderful job stabilizing two of my basement walls, installing their waterproofing system, and a complete new sump pump, plumbing, and battery backup system. They were very thorough, polite, and made sure no dust got through the house furnace by closing off the entire work area. They answered my questions and followed up in a timely manner. They cleaned up the work area and my basement looks great. Nice to have peace of mind knowing the job was done right and done in a professional manner. Hats off to the entire team! Anyone needing basement work done in the Troy, Ohio area....these are your guys.

Dear Mr. Miles, I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently.  Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure.  All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done.  In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work.  They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater).  We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement. We are so thrilled with the work done in our basement!! Mike Pritt, Cody, and Bradley did an exceptional job. Mike, very politely and patiently, gave us a walkthrough and answered any questions on a daily basis. Also, Steve was so helpful and informative during the consultations prior. We are so glad we went with the Basement Doctor and recommend them highly. It feels so glad to have this much-needed work done by the pros.

I was just calling you guys to give a little status update.  I had work done on my house here in Liberty Township July of last year.  So this year it has been raining a whole lot and I was just calling to stay that everything is awesome-basement has been dry and I am very happy.  I would recommend you guys to anybody that has any leaking in their basement and I also want to make it clear that Mike Pritt is the head foreman that came out and did all the work.  They kept everything clean, did an awesome job.  It's been a year and it has been wet outside and it has been dry inside...very happy with that and make sure to give Mike my regards!

On 12/13/19, our foundation and gutters were repaired by Mike Pritt and his assistant from The Basement Doctor.  The service and repairs were excellently done.  Mike was extremely professional and left absolutely no mess at all.  The work was explained by Mike before he started.  When the work and clean up were completed he showed us exactly what he had done.  He was courteous and did a wonderful job. They took time to explain what everything does and how it was installed and what it's going to do for me in my basement. Steve came out last week to give an estimate to see what it would cost to have part of my basement done. I thought it was worth a phone call because he did such an outstanding job I didn't feel like he was pushy at all he just gave me the facts and did a great job of just teaching me what needed to be done. I felt like that job needed to be recognized because he did a really great job, and I felt like that was worth a phone call.  He should be recognized for that. 

First off, hats off to Rusty, Kellon, and Tyler. These guys really worked hard and got the entire job done in one day. Didn't have to take a second day off work. The work looks great, and they were sure to show me everything they did and explained everything to me. All three of these guys were very professional and didn't leave a mess when they left. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone. As far as the company, they showed up on time, made all the repairs that were discussed in our initial meeting, and exceeded all of my expectations. I am a very satisfied customer.

10 out of 10 for the Basement doctor! Dan Hack was great to work with, very responsive, and professional. Dan did a great job in explaining the cause of the water entering into my basement and was very honest in not trying to upsell me with some unneeded additional work. I did not experience the same honesty with another company. Foreman; Corey Conley, Adam Conley, and John Ashar all installed the sump pump at my house and did a great job. They arrived right on time and did very quick and clean work. I would definitely recommend going with the Basement Doctor!

When others are doing major work on our old home I am one picky engineer. Sharon and I have lived in our home in Fort Thomas, Kentucky since 1976 and take much pride in maintaining and renovating it. We chose the Basement Doctor for our latest undertaking and are pleased to report it was a GOOD decision. Pat and his crew just finished our foundation waterproofing and stabilization project. During the past four days, we witnessed an outstanding team that worked well together. Everyone was hardworking, cheerful, task-oriented, respectful of our yard and home, and courteous to us and to each other. When a specific decision needed to be made, Pat consulted me, and a discussion followed. The advice he gave proved to be sound which obviously ended with excellent results. The heavy rains of spring will not haunt us anymore.  What a great team - Pat (crew foreman), Vito, Korey, Josh, and our latecomer Marv. Everyone provided a great contribution to the project and to our home.  We will definitely refer our family and friends to your company - we are satisfied customers. I am beyond pleased with the job performed by Mike Pritt and his crew (Bradley and Brian)!!!! I had several quotes to have my basement waterproofed and the basement doctor was the most reasonable. I just had a good feeling when discussing their product offered and the process with the sales rep for NKY. They called when they were 45min out, they were on time, professional, polite, thorough, and always took a moment to answer any questions I had along the way. As soon as Mike arrived before they started anything he walked me through everything that they would be doing. They took time to Prep and make sure my entryway was covered, my furnace was wrapped in Plastic, and all of my other belongings left in the basement were well covered before they started to bust up the concrete. They communicated through the whole process and let me know when they would be leaving for lunch and never wasted a minute when they were there!!!! It took them 2 days to do the job and my basement was cleaned up and left how they found it. The area in the side yard where they had to dig for the discharge drain looks amazing, you can barely tell they had to dig a 50-foot trench! They precisely dug it up so that when they put it back together it fits like a puzzle! I seriously could not be happier with them, the company, and what they provide. They have their OWN patented product for the water to drain through. Everything is theirs, they don’t sub-contract out and you can be comfortable with who is entering your home. Thank you so much again Mike Pritt and crew I will be recommending you and your company to everyone I know!!!!

I couldn't fill this out until it rained and I could see if the system works properly.  It does!  The water is on my backyard and not in my basement.  I'm happy!

Mike Pritt, Bradley and Brian did an absolutely fantastic job installing two TripleSafe sump pump systems in our basement! They were courteous, professional, and very respectful of our home.
