Hazel had come across many of our Advanced Basement Systems commercial and called right away and was able to get her home fixed. She added the TripleSafe Sump Pump and waterguard to her home and she has not had any flooding since.

  Very knowledgeable and efficient. Just the way I like it, no surprises. This was the second time I've used Omni's service. Both jobs were done to specs, on time, cleanup was thorough and I got exactly what Pete promised me I'd be getting. The site foreman kept me informed of their progress and all issues I needed to be aware of at the end of each day. The 3 downspout extensions and sump pump discharge work was started and completed in four hours during a steady heavy downpour. I figured they'd stop working but they didn't. They kept working during the rain until the work was done. They were soaked to the core. What more could a customer ask for? Great experience from a great crew. What I did find was this crew enjoys working for Pete. That tells me what Omni is all about. I wouldn't think twice about hiring Omni again.
