Disaster Plus specialized in disasters but their services go far beyond that.   Whether it's minor water damage or a devastating fire, Disaster Plus not only takes care of the response and clean-up but extends to caring about the emotional and personal losses that accompany any catastrophe.  Fred Norris  and his wife Tracy care about the people whose lives are impacted by the problem that calls them to the job.

For over 22 years, they have set the standard for water damage restoration.  They always use the most innovative methods available to remove water and dry the premises quickly with minimal damage.  High-tech instruments such as infrared cameras, invasive and non-invasive meters are used to eliminate the guesswork in finding moisture.  These instruments help prevent unnecessarily removing walls, flooring and ceilings.

Fred and Tracy Norris are people oriented, and this is reflected in both their professional and personal lives.  Whether it is a long-term relationship with people close to them, or a short-term relationship with someone who needs their services, the Norris' concern is always for the people involved.  These relationships bring them repeat business and many referrals.

Their call response is equal to none.  Every call is always answered by an on-call technician who can act immediately to get help to the customer quickly and efficiently.  Their goal is to get to the customer's home or business faster.  When someone needs emergency water removal and a dry building, they want help quickly, and Disaster Plus delivers that help FAST!

Norris said, "We enjoy helping people.  We want to be able to really help someone and see the results right away.  This is typically an emotional time for people, and we want to help them as we resolve their problem."

Their phone number is their motto - 7 24/7 24/7 (724-7247) always on call...always!

Disaster Plus services range from large loss catastrophes to smaller, water damage situations.  They recently added a new division to Disaster Plus that provides moisture control services in crawl spaces -- CleanSpace.  When they first heard about CleanSpace from a professional colleague, they installed it in their own home.  After seeing firsthand the health benefits and energy savings, they decided to offer this to their customers.  "CleanSpace is a way to keep crawl spaces dry and avoid costly repair bills down the road," Norris said.

The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System is unique to this market and includes products that prevent crawl space moisture intrusion by encapsulating the crawl space with a vapor barrier, installing sump pumps when needed, and conditioning the space to make a healthier, completely dry crawl space and home!

Disaster Plus primarily serves the tri-county area, though they have been called to assist with large scale disasters in other areas.  From a small beginning in their home, Fred and Tracy Norris have grown to be a widely recognized service provider in the region, offering their services to all the well known insurance companies as well as individuals.

Fred and Tracy are also involved in ministry work as they give back to their community through service.  Whether it's serving on the board for Eagle Harbor Home for children or using their church, they know they are helping other, and this is what motivates them every day.
