Dwyer Custom Coatings, a crawl space moisture control, basement waterproofing, and painting and coatings application Company, won two prestigious awards in August, one for their crawl space environment work and the other for their overall company growth.

 
Chris Dwyer, the owner of Dwyer Custom Coatings received the awards from Bill Walton, broadcaster, former NBA star, and special guest speaker at the 12th Annual Basement Systems Dealer Convention held at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA.

In a field of more than 300 Basement Systems dealerships, Dwyer Custom Coatings received their first award for being the [7^th] largest installer of the CleanSpace crawl space moisture control system. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System™, developed and patented by Basement Systems Inc., consists of a suite of products that address the entire crawl space environment, including moisture control and air quality.  The CleanSpace system makes houses healthier and more energy efficient, preventing mold growth and structural damage caused by high moisture content.

With more than a million dirt crawl spaces in Northern Nevada and Northern California, homeowners in these states have been suffering from structural damage to their homes, poor indoor air quality, and home allergens such as mold and dust mite allergies.
