I wasn't home when the service technician was there but I was comfortable knowing your technicians are trustworthy.  Your team (especially Joy) is very friendly and makes me feel that my convenience is the most important thing!!  I really appreciate that.  I haven't done anything yet with the basement since the initial installation but I plan on installing new carpet or floor covering.  I would absolutely recommend your company to others.  I've already commented to friends that if they need work, they should contact you.  With my schedule I am rarely home and I think it's great that you allow your technicians to enter the home when I can't be there.  It would be very difficult for me, since I live alone, to be home when service is required.  I trust your company and its employees.  Thank you.
