The clean-up was satisfactory.  The installation crew was professional and quite knowledgeable.  Both foremen (two properties) were very courteous and helped me through some difficult decisions.  The Design Specialist really made me feel satisfied in making the correct decisions and I was quite impressed with the company.  The office team was always helpful.  Overall, I just always felt that my money was very well spent.  I would have done my whole basement in addition to my rental properties except that my children are entering college years and the sheetrock removal and replacement seemed so overwhelming to me after the trauma of the flood.  The whole company really impressed me and after dealing with so many incompetent people, I felt like I had made an outstanding choice.  I did like the competition but the Design Specialist swayed me to choose Adirondack for all my basement needs.  Again, the two foremen and their workers were so courteous.  I was really impressed.  Thanks again.
