Mike came and serviced my dehumidifier. He explained the service, and was very informative. You're office is also excellent. They're very courteous and friendly. I'm grateful that the moisture and mildew smell is GONE! The air is more fresh in basement and i love the idea of not emptying buckets of water from a dehumidifier!
