I think that your service technician was very professional, knowledgeable and can explain all the questions that I have. One thing I think that could be different is evening appointments but other than that everything is wonderful.
I've done a lot of things to my basement since the installation including dry lock walls, plastic floor and it's now partially finished. I would recommend Adirondack Basement Systems.
