Our service technician did an excellent job. Adirondack Basement Systems always does an excellent job. He explained the service to us. The office team is impressive and always polite. Ever since the initial installation we have been able to use the basement fully and there's no more dampness. We would recommend your company anytime. We could not be anymore pleased with them. Our home was built in 1830 with a rubble foundation. We couldn't leave the house without someone checking on it daily. Now with this system, we go away weeks at a time without a worry in the world of the flooding we have had. Even the Fire Dept. misses us from the times our sump pump and power went out.
