The installation crew was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to explain everything. The Design Specialist was very pleasant and confidence inspiring. The cleanup was satisfactory and the office team was efficient and knowledgeable. I chose Adirondack Basement Systems because they were professionally competent and anxious to please.
