Several months ago, as your records will indicate, we decided to have a relatively minor repair done to install a drain in our basement. We were impressed with your efficiency including an excellent clean-up after the repair was completed.

Recently my wife and I decicded to have a more major renovation of our basement,as at certain times of year, the poor sump pumpworks non stop for hours at a time.Again your affable knowledgable sales representative, Dan Clancy advised us not only what was needed but what was not needed. We agreed and your crew of Shawn Lowe and Bryce Boynton arrived and started to work. In our 45 year occupancy of our 150 year old home we have had many additions and renovations but we cannot remember anyone working as hard as Shawn and Bryce. In 3 days they accomplished what I would have thought would have taken more than a week. This involved carrying buckets of cement and gravel up 2 flights of stairs from an old basement with very low ceilings.

During this time they remained pleasant and helpfull even to doing repairs they noticed which were not included in the origanal quote.

Congratulations Mr Bates on having such an organized, efficient and hard working staff.
