It is been over one year since we purchased this wonderful system, and with all the rain we've been having this week, I felt compelled to write to you.

We lived in this house with a leaky, smelly, often flooded basement for years! Since installing your system, we have not had one drop of water downstairs and my home no longer smells like wet socks. Everytime we have a large rainfall, I reflect on how happy I am that we chose Metropolitan Basement Systems. I love my super-sonic sump pump so much, I refer to it as "the sump pump that God made". We have done extensive renovations over the last two years, and as much as I enjoy my lovely new kitchen, etc. nothing compares to how much I love my dry basement! It has eliminated so much stress for us to know that we can be away for a weekend or expect a heavy rainfall without worrying about whether or not our stored items are floating in 3 inches of water...and the days of mopping, shop-vaccing and trying to bleach out the smell and mold are long behind us!

Please continue to use me as a reference for your company, as I have been 100% satisfied with your product, your workmen, and your service since the moment you arrived in our home.
