Hi!

Just wanted to say you all have been terrific, especially Kevin. I hate that I wasn't able to give him the order after he took the time for 2 trips to go over things so thoroughly with me.

Upon even further inspection, I've learned that I have TWO bands that are rotting badly. There is definitely surface water problems that need to be addressed first. After the bulk of this water is diverted I'll see if there is still a problem in the crawl space or not.
