Layne,

I just wanted to compliment you on the Sanidry Dehumidifier you just installed in the crawlspace of my house.  We have been suffering with extensive moisture problems underneath our house ever since we bought it 5 years ago.  Lat week you installed the dehumidifier in an area that has had puddles of water, as well as constant condensation on the main air conditioning trunk line dripping on to the moisture barrier.

I went underneath the house 2 days ago and I want to tell you that there is absoutely no excessive moisture anywhere!  The moisture barrier is dry as well as the trunk line.  I have NEVER seen this crawlspace this dry.  We still have some work to do and with your help, we will get this taken care of.

I also appreciate your expertise in the foundational aspects of our house.  You brought to light some other issues relation to our floor joists that really need to be adressed soon, and I'm grateful for that, since I was totally unaware of their condition.  We will be getting together on that as well.
