My name is Robert Krukauskas and I'm a superintendent for Satori Builders in San Diego, California. I am writting in regards to Gus Olivarez and his team at CleanSpace.

I am currently on a project in La Jolla , California. This project had major below grade waterproofing problems. Any time it rained, water would go directly into the crawl space creating a moldy and musty odor. We rebuilt all of the exterior waterproofing possible, a huge undertaking in it self. When all was said and done, we still had a musty odor coming from the dirt floor of the crawl space, but the crawl space seemed to be dry.

We consulted with Gus at CleanSpace, he said, he had the solution. He suggested his CleanSpace System, by covering and sealing all of the dirt, He would create a barrier that would eliminate any odor coming up through the ground and into the home. He also would install "SmartDrains" which would direct water to a french drain system by removing any water from possible plumbing leaks in the crawl space, keeping as dry as possible.

We decided to go with Gus's suggestions. We were very impressed not only with the product, how the crawl space looked from before to after and the total elimination of any odor from the moist soil, but also the professionalism of Gus and his crew. They were very accomodating, easy to work with and finished the job on schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Gus and his CleanSpace crew to anyone.
