As you know we had a pretty sick basement ... the presence of mould, dampness and decay was very discernable.

Following an excellent presentation, we agreed to have a complete basement treatment including the perimeter drainage system for all walls; the wall treatment to cover damp and dingy rubble walls; floor and wall cover in the crawl space, and; a sump pump with a battery backup system.  (I should add we had standing water in the basement for several spring months every year.)

Within days following the completion of your work there was no mould or damp musty smell in the basement and the main floor of the house was free of that old farmhouse smell.  The addition of the SaniDry basement air system also had a lot to do with this, keeping the basement air circulating, filtering and dehumidifying.  Words can hardly express how pleased we are with our new basement!
