We had our system installed a few years ago (I'm sure it's in your records.) and we've had some pretty heavy rain storms in the past. I've seen it rain so hard that the sump ran every 10 minutes or so. Today it's been raining so long and hard here in Bucyrus that the sump has been cycling every minute for the last several hours! We couldn't be more pleased with the success and efficiency of the system. All that water would still be in our basement if it weren't for your excellent product and installation.
