Description:
EagleLIFT, Inc. is looking for a full-time bookkeeper who will answer directly to the President of the Company. The ideal candidate would have a passion for excellence and enjoy working for a fast-paced Engineering/Construction company. They will be extremely organized, self-motivated and highly dependable. Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks and general accounting principles will be required, along with Excel general spreadsheet and computer skills. They must enjoy multi-tasking, working closely with the executive team, office staff, and is capable of managing occasional customer support tickets and general administrative duties as needed.
Job responsibilities will include:
- 70% – Accounting including payroll, QuickBooks, balance sheet reporting, purchase orders, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- 20% – Office management duties include office supply stocking, scheduling travel, managing office equipment, etc.
- 10% – Basic HR duties such as new employee on-boarding, 401k and insurance enrollment.
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must reconcile accounts at the end of each month and provide month-end reporting
- Will manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Create invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Payroll Data Entry
- Filing of invoices and documents after they are entered in to Quickbooks.
- Issue customer refunds and manage occasional customer support issues
- Will be responsible for purchasing office supplies
