Tom's Story: Tom is a 3rd generation builder. For many years, Tom specialized in foundation repair in the Twin Cities area. During this time, he has undergone intensive training and has been licensed in several states with certifications in many different areas.
Tom began his career in 1975 in the upper mid west where he met his wife, Colleen, and is proud to share that they recently celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary together! Since joining the team, Tom completed comprehensive training at the Basement Systems Institute in Seymour, ConnecticutÂÂÂjoining the ranks of a network with over 250 of the best basement waterproofing contractors in the world. He has also worked for Permaseal in Chicago, the nationÂÂÂs largest and oldest waterproofing company.
Tom uses his skills and experience to provide an insightful, knowledgeable, and reliable assessment for both residential and commercial properties.
Throughout his career he has consulted with countless homeowners regarding basement problems and has designed effective solutions for every one of them. Tom takes personal responsibility for customer satisfaction on every job and is a trusted and valued member of the Peak team.
