Career Experience
–Jim served in the United States Air Force for four years, and also is a
retired New York City Police Sergeant. Jim has been in
the environmental management business for over 15 years, prior to joining the Quest
Crawl Space Systems LLC team. While working for Pest Quest Pest Management LLC,
he became interested in wood destroying insect/organism control and moisture remediation
when he was performing termite treatments, especially while working within
crawl space environments. Jim saw first hand that a dirt crawl space under a
home was a very bad idea that propagated many moisture related problems. “It’s
amazing what goes on in your home, and the health issues related to these
underlying problems, rodents, mold, termites, all have an adverse effect on
your health and home”.

Besides being an experienced termite technician for Pest Quest Pest Management
LLC, he is also a NY & NJ PMA Licensed and Credentialed Wood Destroying
Insect/Organism Inspector. He has attended the Master Termite Technician School
at Clemson
University Sandhill Research and Education Center, Columbia; SC. Jim has been thoroughly trained and has earned the highly esteemed title
“Certified Microbial Remediator” through the American Indoor Air Quality
Council and the Indoor Air Quality Association. Jim is a thermographer and has
received certification from ITC, the Infrared Training Center. Jim also has
attended and received certification from the New York City Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene Rodent Control Academy.

free time, Jim enjoys the outdoors with his family.
