Evergreen Basement Systems
Meet Joe Caruso
Appomattox, Virginia
Joe became interested in the position of System Design Specialist after being referred by his friend, Chris Aliperti, who was working with Evergreen Basement Systems. After hearing Chris speak so highly of the company and it's owners, Bob and Shauna Parsons, their employees and products Joe's interest was peaked so he applied for the job.
Evergreen recognized what an asset Joe would be for their company due to his enthusiasm, integrity and team spirit. Joe came on board in 2008 and was a natural fit! The position of Sales manager became available in 2010 and he was the logical person to be promoted.
Joe has been thoroughly trained and has earned the highly esteemed title "Certified Waterproofing Professional" through the Basement Systems International Waterproofing Contractor Network. This network is a group of over 400 of the best waterproofing and crawl space repair professionals in the world. Included is exclusive access to patented products and the nationally backed warranty through the international company.
Joe is an especially great "team player" due to his background as a former major league pitcher notably with the Boston Red Sox organization. Joe also lends this expertise to Appomattox County High School by making time to serve as their varsity Baseball Coach.
Joe is blessed with a positive attitude and he enjoys sports, history and reading in his spare time. He's been married for nearly 18 years to his wife, Beth, and they have two active sons, Dylan and Alex. Joe is from Brooklyn, New York and he's traveled all over the country but he loves calling Appomattox, Virginia his home.
Joe shows a great level of commitment to each homeowner and helping them create a healthier environment for their families. Joe is someone who truly believes in making a difference!
