Ayers Basement Systems
A crawl space in Lansing, Michigan can be a tricky environment. A crawl space in these areas deals with elevated levels of relative humidity in the summer months and very cold air in the winter. This "stack effect" (so called because of its similarity to a chimney) draws humid air and everything in it, including odors and mold spores, upward into the living areas of the home, creating an unhealthy environment.
