Dayton's Pest Control Services, Inc., an authorized dealer of CleanSpace Systems, is locally owned and operated by Dayton Hylton, a Knoxville native. After starting the company in 1985, Dayton has grown the business into one of the most respected and well known pest control companies in Knoxville.

Dayton's specializes in crawl space repair and crawl space encapsulation using the CleanSpace crawl space liner system. They also provide crawl space sump pumps and dehumidifers.

Providing quality pest control services to both residential and commercial properties for the past 15 years, Dayton has also maintained active membership in the National Pest Control Association. In addition the company is a member of the Tennessee Pest Control Association, and in 1997 Dayton served as president of The East Tennessee Pest Control Association.

The company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, The Knoxville Home Builders Association, The Greater Knoxville Apartment Council, The Knoxville and Pigeon Forge Hotel-Motel Association, as well as 6 chapters of The Business Network International.
