John Teeples Construction, Inc., an authorized dealer of CleanSpace Systems, is locally owned and operated. Starting the company in 1992, John Teeples has grown the business into one of the most respected residential and light commercial contractors in the area.

JTCI was incorporated and founded in Columbus, Georgia in February of 1992. We are a licensed and insured Residential and General Contractor, serving west-central Georgia and east-central Alabama. We provide a comprehensive array of construction-related services from conception to completion including new construction and renovations for residential and commercial projects.

John Teeples graduated from Auburn University in 1986 with a degree in Building Science. John has been married to Melissa Teeples for 21 years and has two teenage children, Sam and Emma. John has also spent many years as a distance runner.

John Teeples Construction specialized in crawl space repair and crawl space encapsulation using the CleanSpace crawl space line system. We also provide crawl space sump pump and dehumidifiers.

In Alabama, we serve Russell, Barbour and Lee counties. In Georgia, we serve Harris, Muscogee, Troup, Meriwether, Talbot, Taylor, Marion, Chattahoochee, Stewart, Webster, Sumter, Quitman, Randolph and Terrell counties.
