The presence of moisture and mold in a crawlspace can cause indoor air quality problems inside the home. A study by Duke University has shown that mold in the crawlspace adversely affects the health of the home’s occupants. It is very important, especially for families with small children or asthmatic family members, to make sure the crawlspace beneath their home is not a reservoir for mold growth.

Eliminating the moisture problem by conditioning the crawlspace is the solution. For existing mold problems, we use a variety of remediation methods including HEPA sanding and the application of mold and moisture resistant sealers to the floor joists and subfloor.
