Hi Len,   Just wanted to let you know I am very happy with the crawlspace repairs.  I already noticed a difference the next day, when the temps were the coldest in December so far- and the floor in the family room was not freezing cold as it was before- even in less chilly weather. You can walk on the carpet now barefoot and not feel uncomfortable.   Emilio and his team did a great job from what I can see- and they were very personable and helpful with any questions.  They have a good sense of humor as well, even after finding two large dead rats in the crawlspace!   The only regret is that I did not do this sooner.  It would have saved a lot of headaches.   I may look into another problem in the Spring where there is a leak in a corner closet in the basement- as to the best way to deal with it. Josh, Josh & Chris arrived at the time they said and got to work right away on a very cold morning, tackling what I felt was a very challenging task.  I provided them with an electrical outlet for their lights and a couple space heaters to warm up in front of occasionally when they needed to take a quick break from the fun of crawling around in the cold underground.  When Josh said they would probably be done around 3:00 PM I thought he meant for the day, but he said the whole installation would be done today and it was.  I'm sorry my having to reschedule so often put it on the coldest day of the season, but other than being chilled to the bone they sounded like they enjoy their work and work well together. Everyone I have dealt with at DryZone has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with, from your help getting everything set up and all the scheduling changes, to Steve's estimate and information and today's crew getting my crawl space project done and I thank you all for that.  Dealing with DryZone has been a bright spot in what has become a very long, drawn-out project of getting my addition and renovations done.  I'm glad I saw your TV commercial and made the call to your company.  Happy Holidays to all!! Hi I just wanted to drop a note and tell you how pleased we are with our new crawlspace encapsulation. And particularly with Steve our salesman who’s been so responsive to all of our questions no matter what day or time I texted him!
