My representative, Cory Aspinwall, was great at explanations and my installation crew was very "nose-to-the-grindstone."  Polite!  Cleanup was excellent - couldn't tell they were here.  I would recommend NBS to anyone.

I went with Northland Basement Systems for my basement waterproofing needs because of the professional feeling i got from them.  The installation crew that worked here made me feel safe being in the house alone with them - which is a big deal for a mom at home alone with her child.  The Basements Dry, which is wonderful.  Thanks Guys :)

I first heard of Northland Basement Systems after receiving a post card from them in the mail. The office staff was very courteous and helpful, as well as our representative Dennis who did a great job explaining everything. The crew arrived on time and started immediately. They were very courteous and cleaned up before leaving. There was a pinhole leak in the dry-trac after job completed, and Tim repaired it as soon as he was notified. He did a wonderful job of explaining and I am very impressed with his professional manner.
