I have a question about older homes. If there is no footer under a poured wall or if there is a footer, but the poured wall is almost flush with the footer and there is no ledge for the Water Guard to sit, how would it be installed?

Thanks...

Good question. Homes that have no footing or when the footing is flush with the wall still can have waterguard installed. In New England for example there are many older homes with stone foundation and no footings so we just dig an inch or two deeper and lay a bed of stone or gravel down and install the waterguard right on top of that. We would do the same with a poured wall and no footing or beside the footing.
