I am considering getting the clean space in my crawl. However I did notice that there may be a small crack in the crawl. After a rain the other day there was water on the crawl wall.
At the time of the estimate the man did not crawl around and look for any situations he just measured. The crack is not big I don?t know if it matters since it is just a crawl and will not be used for storage. The house is almost 40 years old about 1100 sq ft.
If I do move forward I will have them trench the crawl. If they run a trench where the grading is very poor in the center? will they mark where the trench is on top of the liner to keep off that area? Also the estimator did not know how many trenches or how deep and or wide dig. Do they use a machine or dig by hand? do I need to a call to find out where and if there are lines or something buried in the crwal before they dig
Also will the clean space system help reduce dust in the house?
