I have a ski condo on the mountain. It has a dirt crawl space. It's gotten worse over the years with water, especially in the spring with snow melt and run off. I was in their in April and there was a foot of water.

I'm trying to decide if I should put a slab in with an automatic sump pump. Or if I should use the clean system.

There is not always water. Mostly just during spring. But even in the summer it's moist and damp down there with some mold.

If I put a slab in I would not necessarily be blocking the water, but if the water came in it would run down to the low side and I could pump it out with an automatic sump.

that and what would you reccomend for a quality dehumidifer that runs at low temps.

Thanks

Hello,
Water seepage can come from the walls, wall-floor joints, and cracks. A concrete floor would not address wall leaks and cracks. A supersump in the low spot is a good idea and CleanSpace will isolate your condo from moisture from the floor, walls etc and water vapor. A sani dry crawl space air system will regulate your crawl space environment and keep it dry.The CleanSpace system is the answer to your water problems. We also have a ultra-sump, which includes the supersump plus a battery back up system, which will give you pumping ability in case of a power outage.
Thank you.
