Dirt Crawl - waterproofing

I have a dirt crawl space that gets damp but not too wet. One low area has sump pump where a small well will fill when water table rises or rains a lot. I would like to use the crawl for storage and keep out mildew as well as moisture from entering the home. Is there a solution and a dealer in my area?
