I have a dirt crawl space in a ski condo in Maine. I need to do something to fix it. The condo is a middle unit of 4 units. There is currently no french drain on the outside. The mountain slopes down to the condo and the water runs in and floods the dirt crawl space. I'm trying to decide the best fix. I was thinking of putting in a cement slab. But if I do what do I need to do to keep the water out. It seems like it would be difficult to do a french drain outside. If I put a slab in does basement systems have anything that will work with the slab? thanks
