Moisture level for Crawlspace

We're new homeowner's and our crawlspace is a nightmare. There are mounds of dirt in it like a maze. Also, we are experiencing water flowing into the utility area when it rains. The wall near the basement steps, which is also our family room, has molded. We removed the carpet that was down there and it's totally unusable. The home is 64 years old.
Our questions: Does your company assist in the removal of the numerous mounds of dirt? Does your comapny insulate the ceiling of the crawlspace? (On your pictures I see that insulation is in the owner's ceiling, and ours lacks it.) Lastly, does your company build retaining walls? It's difficult to locate the entrance of the water because the mounds of dirt are so high.
Any information would be beneficial. And in the future an estimate would be more than appreciated so we can start the financial savings to have something of this magnitude completed.
We never thought that something like this would happen. The roof and other things were our worry, but now we know, The Crawlspace!

Thanks for your questions, In most cases we do not remove the dirt from a crawlspace, however we like to try and level out the high spots and fill in the low spots as best possible considering the circumstances. Sometimes we will also install drainage systems to collect the water and direct it around the crawlspace to a sump pump or drain.

Once the CleanSpace system is installed the crawlspace can be insulated if you wish. Most dealer do not do insulation or build retaining walls. I woudl contact the local Basement Systems dealer for a free estimate and inspection to see exactly what they can do for you.
