Hello Basement Systems,

I had an Ultra Sump System installed about 6 years ago and I absolutely love it!

My question is this: Given my water situation, I have to replace my pump about every three years. In doing so, the plastic connector coming from the electric backup pump (not the charging unit) broke. I am currently using black tape to make the connection. Do you know where I can get a replacement? I would like to have a few on-hand in case it happens again.

I would also like to offer a suggestion. It would be great if you would establish a section of your website for purchasing simple replacement items, such as the sump pump alarm, check valves, battery charge cables, etc). These type of items are usually not worth making a service call.

Thanks and keep up the good work,

Rob Snowden

Mr. Snowden

I see that this question fell through the cracks. Has this issue been resolved? Did you find your replacement part?

I will make sure your point on replacement parts is addressed as well.

Richard,

Thank you for responding. Sorry for my delayed response.

I was unable to find a place where I can purchase a similar replacement connector. If you can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to contact me by e-mail (it should be on file with you) or re-post how I might contact you.

Thanks again,

RSnowden

Mr. Snowden

Your local dealer will have the parts you need. If you're not sure who that is, call us at 800-638-7048 and anyone here can help you locate the local dealer.

Thanks,
Richard
