Dirt Crawlspace

Thanks for your question, In some cases dealers will remove dirt from a crawl space but in most instances we will just try to level the mounds and fill in low spots with the existing dirt. In some cases we will also install drainage systems around the perimeter to channel water around to a sump pump or drain. This will help keep the puddling to a minimum. Once we install the cleanSpace system and proper drainage insulation can be installed if desired. Most basement systems dealers are just waterproofing contractors and may not provide insulation services or build walls. I would however recommend having a local Basement Systems dealer come out and give you a free inspection and estimate.
