Gentlemen,
My wife and I are contemplating a move into a raised ranch home. The house is situated on a gently sloped lot where the rear section of the home is more "underground" than the front is. We really like the house and the property but the downstairs of the home appears to have water issues. I have two questions:
1. Can basement systems correct a damp lower level in a raised ranch ?
2. Will basement systems give me a free estimate for a home that I do not currently own but am seriously contemplating buying.
3. ( I know i said two ) Am I out of my mind buying a home that has water issues to start?
