Soil Mineral

Hello!I would like to ask when I make the foundation, do I need to pay any attention to the soil minerals? For example, I have heard that some mineral mix with water will erode the foundation & basement. Is this true? Do you have any suggestion to me?

Thanks for the Question, when building a new foundation I would recommend a waterproofing membrane on the outside. This could either be a sheet membrane or spray applied with a protection board. This should protect your foundation from the soil and water. To find out about soil conditions and there affect on foundations I would recommend talking with a proffesional in that field.
