Hello Mold People;
It has taken 30 years, but we hopefully have regained back
our basement. So far so good, had it installed 5/15/06 and by god
Popeye, its dry.
One small question: WHAT'S THE GREEN BALL FOR?
and
are there any Manuals for this Super Pump. (no battery back-up, etc).
We are so happy, we don't know what to do. We are so used to putting
all up on blocks/plastic milk cartons, the idea of leaving the freezer, furniture,
etc on the floor, is unheard of.
The last little rain fall we had back in Feb 2006, -10 degrees, we got 20+
inches of rain which killed the hot water heater and the furnace. I would
turn the furnace on, and since the fan(Hot air) was near the floor, it sounded
like an outboard motor on a boat. After a day, I decided to try to relight the
hot water heater and nearly blew the house up. (I am not so ashamed though, because the guy came to fix it and he also almost blew up the house!!).
Bye.
