Old basement suggestions

Greetings, my house is approx. 150 years old with a stone basement. It has a poured floor & leaks very little, usually only when we have a hard rain. What Im interested in is a wall covering that will keep the stone crumbling/dust in check, water control would be a nice bonus as well. Thanks & take care.
