Can we stick lino matting to thermal dry floor tiles?

A customer recently had the tile fitted and his desired finish is linoleum which has to be glued on.

What adhesive would be appropriate?

ThermalDry Basement Floor Matting is designed to be the last floor you need to lay in your basement. It is not designed to have something glued or adhered to it. We only recommend that carpeting be laid on ThermalDry Floor Matting.
