Larger crawl space

Is it possible to enlarge the dirt crawl space. We live in an old house and the crawl space is so small large people can't get into it and it is hard to have services performed, etc.

I'm sure it's possible to enlarge a dirt crawl space, but I'm sure sure who you would contact to do something like that. Maybe a foundation company, home builder, or some sort of general contractor. Basement Systems seals crawl spaces to prevent moisture from entering the home, but doesn't get into digging them out.
