triple safe sump pumb

I had my basement waterproofed in January 2005 with a triple safe (http://www.basementsystems.com/basement_waterproofing/waterproofing_products/sump_pump/triplesafe_sump_pump.php) sump pump (http://www.basementsystems.com/basement_waterproofing/waterproofing_products/sump_pump/). I recently noticed that the sump pump (http://www.basementsystems.com/basement_waterproofing/waterproofing_products/sump_pump/) would kick on and before it would kick off the second pump would kick on too. We have not had any measurable amount of rain before it started to do this. Does anybody have an answer to my concern?

Contact the local Basement Systems' dealer who installed this TripleSafe sump pump system. If there hasn't been aby significant amount of water entering the system (as this would be the reason for the second pump switching on), then there may be an adjustment to the pump heights they may need to perform.
