I have tried contacting my local Basement Systems contractor twice within the past month, but I've had no response from them. I also tried clicking on your "Sign Up for FREE Inspection & Estimate", although the last attempt was only a day or two ago.
I am in the military currently serving overseas, but I would like an inspection down on our property (Arroyo Grande, CA 93420) before I return in late April. I'm going to give the contractor the benefit of doubt that the reason I wasn't contacted was because the phone number is an international call. I would prefer to communicate via email since the time zone difference is significant between California and Italy.
The house hasn't been lived in for quite a few years and the last time I was there I noticed a definate musty smell in the house. The house has a crawl space and, depending on the estimate, I would like to schedule the work to be done while I'm fixing up the rest of the house for my families return (first and second week of May 07).
I'd appreciate your help in contacting the local contractor on my behalf and have them contact me as soon as possible so I can proceed with the inspection and estimate.
