Crawl space dig / clean out.

I am trying to find a company that will simply cleanout the debrie / Insulation / vapor barrier / etc. and digout a high place in the middle of the space so the entire crawl space is down to about 20 " from the beams. There is also an area that has a lot of rocks that need to be removed. At this point all I can find are encapsulation companies. I might go that route but those companies don't see the need to digout the space, they would just remove debrie and cover with the system. I would like to make the space more accesible before doing that. Are there companies that would just do the labor? any ideas?

20" is not an area you can utilize for very much. If you feel it must be cleaned out you should look in your local newspapers or yellow page book for handymen or companies that clean attics, basements, garages, or crawlspaces out.
